DEPOSIT
If you are placing an order for Custom hand made knife, a
deposit is required in advance. This should be no problem for genuine order.
Please remember that enormous amount of my time, sometimes many days are invested into each knife, and it is harder to sell somebody
else's custom made knife later. For this reason, initials and such will be done to the knife after the rest of the payment is in, before the shipment.
The deposit, 50% of the estimated base price, is not refundable if you change your mind after the project is under way.
This is to cover my time writing emails and spending time going over the designs.
This part of your custom knife design takes usually more hours that actual manufacture of the knife.
To purchase a knife already made, on sale, ready for shipping, your full payment is expected up front.
