At this moment my Outlook Express crashed again, and as usual, it can not be fixed. Got to use webmail, supper slow, and I have no tracking of your old emails.
If you are not getting a reply from me to your inquiry, it is only because my reply to you could not be delivered to your email address.
I am getting an ERROR message. Examples bellow:
Major Problem #1:
SPAM-ers did get a hold of my inquiry forms and I am getting them daily by dozens, filled with nothing but scores of SPAM URLs in every field.
Anyone has a solution, please do try to contact me. At 60 plus per day it is no longer only a nuisance.
Lesser Problem #2:
My reply to your inquiry on a inquiry form bounced as undeliverable, for following reasons:
Mailbox full
- solution: add my email to your address book and check your mail filters so my reply will not get rejected, check your mailbox, delete useless messages to make room.
Undeliverable, Recipient does not exist
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(yours) failed.
- solution:
fill the inquiry form again, you may have made a TYPO in verifying your email. This is used to send a reply.
Your mail to me bounced and Undeliverable error message contains Error 550 Blocked
- solution: my mail server is blocking any mail from your IP mail server because you was reported to spread SPAM.
You will have to follow direction to get yourself unblocked. Do so immediately, or your email will become useless.
My reply to you bounced with Error 550 Blocked
- solution: your mail server is blocking any mail from my IP mail server because it was reported to spread SPAM to your server.
This of course is caused by SPAM-ers who have forged my email address for their SPAM.
I have to contact my IP support to verify that my reply to you was not a SPAM, and to have them call your mail server administrators, convince them of this fact so they will unblock my mail. Takes few days.
I do reply to ALL queries usually same day.
If you do NOT get a reply from me withing 24 hours, there may be technical problems with mail delivery. Happened before, so please try again.
If your re-try fails, my reply to you have bounced because of above mentioned problems, you are a SPAM-er and are on the SPAM COP blocking list,
or your whole mail server is blocked because it supports SPAM activity.
Some legitimate addresses get blocked in the sweep.
If it is your case, you must try to get it unblocked.
Fill in the form again from your alternate email, like Hotmail or Yahoo.
The only other option for you is to discard your old address, get a new email address, and try again
To weed out machine robot email harvesters, you will have to go through a verifier to access my email. Sorry for this inconvenience.
