Requirements - no exceptions.
Your request will be simply trashed if it does not comply with the following requirements:

The form will be filled out completely without trash in the fields - like SPAM URL.
The Links Exchange page must have the same home URL - not be located on a different web site.
That means that you have created your OWN Links (or Resources) page, which has to have a link to it from the page you want listed in exchange (Home page = index.html)
That is = the directory page my link is on must be linked to your Home page, not to a Directory page of your Links and buried several levels down ////.
That means = Only ONE slash after your home page URL permitted
My web site is designed for the Knife makers and their suppliers, so if you do not have the "Knives and knife services" category in your index, create one to place a link to my web site into.
Place my links into this category, than, and only than contact me with your Links Exchange request.
If your links page is a pile of haphazardly unorganized links, it is disrespectful to everyone.
You do not give a damn about anything but your own popularity ratings, and your links pages is nothing but a big garbage dumpster.

If you want your website URL listed without Equal Links Exchange value and requirements,
do request Paid Listing at your cost of $30 US/year.
