As with all our syrups, we use only freshly squeezed lemon juice, and less than half the sugar of conventional syrups.
Ripe elderberries are preserved with no artificial thickeners or/and other preservatives.
Great gourmet flavor for pancakes, or ice cream toping, or just a lemonade.
